Ingredients
| Butter(softened) | 1 Cup |
| Brown Sugar | 1 Cup |
| White Sugar | 1 Cup |
| Salt | 1/2 tsp |
| Baking soda | 1 tsp |
| Baking powder | 1/2 tsp |
| Eggs | 2 large |
| Flour | 2 Cups |
| Shredded Coconut | 1 Cup |
| Rice Krispies | 2 Cups |
| Quick Oats(dry) | 2 Cups |
| Chocolate Chips | 1 Cup |
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°.
- In a mixing bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar, white sugar, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
- Add the eggs and flour. Mix well.
- Add the coconut, rice krispies, oats, and chocolate chips. Mix well.
- Make the dough into 1" balls and place on a cookie sheet.
- Mash the balls slightly with the tines of a fork.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes.
