You need a popover pan for these!
Ingredients
| Eggs | 3 large |
| Flour | 1 1/2 Cups |
| Milk | 1 1/2 Cups |
| Salt | 1/2 tsp |
| Butter | 1 Tbsp + Enough for buttering finished popovers |
Directions

Preheat the oven to 450°.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
✦It is crucial to not overbeat it.

Spray a popover pan with oil. Fill each cup ~3/4 full.
✦You must use a popover pan. We can get you one for Christmas.

Bake for 15 min.

Reduce the heat to 325° and bake for ~25 minutes or until golden.
✦NEVER open the oven while baking.

Take out and allow to cool briefly, serve with a little cut open to put a bit of butter inside like a roll.
