You need a popover pan for these!

Ingredients

Eggs3 large
Flour1 1/2 Cups
Milk1 1/2 Cups
Salt1/2 tsp
Butter1 Tbsp + Enough for buttering finished popovers

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°.

  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until smooth.

    It is crucial to not overbeat it.

  3. Spray a popover pan with oil. Fill each cup ~3/4 full.

    You must use a popover pan. We can get you one for Christmas.

  4. Bake for 15 min.

  5. Reduce the heat to 325° and bake for ~25 minutes or until golden.

    NEVER open the oven while baking.

  6. Take out and allow to cool briefly, serve with a little cut open to put a bit of butter inside like a roll.
