A Christmas delicacy.
Ingredients
| Unsalted Butter | 5+ Tbsp |
| Egg | 1 Large |
| White Sugar | 1 Tbsp |
| Flour | 2 Cups |
| Baking Powder | 2 tsp |
| Baking Soda | 1 tsp |
| Buttermilk | ~4 1/2 Cups |
| Salt | 1/8 tsp |
| Powdered Sugar (Garnish) | 1/4 Cup |
| Salted Butter (Garnish) | 3+ Tbsp |
Directions

Add flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder to mixing bowl. Blend.

Melt butter.

Heat 1 1/2 cups buttermilk on stove until warm.
✦Do not boil or allow to seperate! DO NOT USE "CULTURED" BUTTERMILK!

Add baking soda to warm milk. Stir.

Add milk mixture to bowl. Mix.

Add melted butter. Mix.

Add remaining buttermilk. Stir into batter.

On a hot griddle, place 1/3 cup of batter. Cook like a thin pancake.

Serve rolled with a bit of butter in middle and with a dusting of powdered sugar.
