A large, puffy, oven-baked pancake.
Ingredients
| Butter | 1/3 Cup |
| Eggs | 4 large |
| Flour | 1 Cup |
| Milk | 1 Cup |
| Powdered Sugar | Up to you |
| Lemon Juice | Up to you |
| Cinnamon Sugar | Up to you |
| Strawberries | Up to you |
| Whipped Cream | Up to you |
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425°.
- Mix the eggs, flour, and milk in a blender to make the batter.
- Melt the butter in an oven-safe iron skillet. Rotate the melted butter around to coat.
- Add the batter on top of the melted butter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Top with powdered sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon sugar and/or strawberries and whipped cream.
