A large, puffy, oven-baked pancake.

Ingredients

Butter1/3 Cup
Eggs4 large
Flour1 Cup
Milk1 Cup
Powdered SugarUp to you
Lemon JuiceUp to you
Cinnamon SugarUp to you
StrawberriesUp to you
Whipped CreamUp to you

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°.
  2. Mix the eggs, flour, and milk in a blender to make the batter.
  3. Melt the butter in an oven-safe iron skillet. Rotate the melted butter around to coat.
  4. Add the batter on top of the melted butter.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Top with powdered sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon sugar and/or strawberries and whipped cream.
