Super easy recipe with impressive flavor. I serve this with mashed potatoes or angel hair pasta and broccoli.
Ingredients
| Chicken Breast | 1 Lb |
| Salt | Up to you |
| Pepper | Up to you |
| Flour | 1/2 Cup + 1 Tbsp |
| Butter | 1 Tbsp |
| Olive Oil | 2 Tbsp + 1 Tbsp |
| Garlic (minced) | 2 cloves |
| Red Chili Flakes | 1/4 tsp |
| Capers(drained) | 1 Tbsp |
| Lemon Juice | 1 large |
| Chicken Broth | 1 1/2 Cups |
| Lemon (sliced, thin) | 6-7 slices |
| Italian Parsley (chopped) | Up to you |
Directions

Cut the chicken sideways to make thin fillets

Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper.

Coat the chicken fillets with flour

Heat 2 Tbsp of oil in large skillet on medium-high.

Cook the chicken on both sides until golden brown. Remove the chicken and set aside, but keep chicken drippings in skillet.
✦Find a way to keep the chicken warm in the meantime.

Add 1 Tbsp oil and the garlic and saute.

Add the chili flakes, capers, lemon juice, lemon slices, and chicken broth to the skillet. Stir and heat on medium-high until the liquid has reduced by 1/2.

Whisk 1 Tbsp of flour and the butter into the reducing liquid. Cook for 1-2 more minutes.

Season sauce with salt and pepper.

Serve the chicken with sauce poured over. Garnish with parsley.
