Ingredients
| Cream of Mushroom Soup | 2 Cans |
| Milk | 1/2-1 Cup |
| Mayonaise | 1-2 Tbsp |
| Lemon Juice | 1-2 Tbsp |
| Curry Powder | To Taste |
| Broccoli | 1 Bunch |
| Chicken Breast (or Turkey) | 1 1/2 Lbs |
| White Rice (Dry) | 1 1/2 Cups |
| Cheddar Cheese (Shredded) | Enough to cover dish |
| Bread Crumbs | Enough to cover dish |
| Salt & Pepper | Up to you |
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.

Start cooking rice.
✦Use 2:1 water to rice ratio, add a bit of butter and salt.

Mix mushroom soup, milk, mayonaise, lemon juice, and curry powder to make sauce.
✦If you want to, you can add some salt and pepper at this step or put it on the finished dish.

Steam chicken and chop.
✦You can also just buy some pre-cooked chicken from the store!

Cut and steam broccoli al dente.

Prepare casserole dish. Layer broccoli on bottom, then chicken, then sauce.

Sprinkle bread crumbs and cheddar cheese over top to cover.
✦Don't use sharp or aged cheddar, it won't melt well. You want mild or medium cheddar.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Serve with rice!
