Cheddary Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

Margarine2 Tbsp
Onion (sliced)1 small
Broccoli Cheddar Soup1-10 3/4 oz can
Milk1/3 Cup
Pepper1/8 tsp
Potatoes (cooked, sliced)4 medium (about 3 1/2 Cups)
Cheddar Cheese (mild/medium, shredded)1/4 Cup

Directions

  1. In skillet over medium heat, in hot margarine, cook onion until tender.
  2. Stir in soup, milk, cheese, and pepper. Heat to boiling.
  3. Add potatoes. Reduce heat to low. Cover. Simmer 5 min, stirring occasionally.
  4. Garnish with sage.
