Ingredients
| Margarine | 2 Tbsp |
| Onion (sliced) | 1 small |
| Broccoli Cheddar Soup | 1-10 3/4 oz can |
| Milk | 1/3 Cup |
| Pepper | 1/8 tsp |
| Potatoes (cooked, sliced) | 4 medium (about 3 1/2 Cups) |
| Cheddar Cheese (mild/medium, shredded) | 1/4 Cup |
| Sage | Up to you |
Directions
- In skillet over medium heat, in hot margarine, cook onion until tender.
- Stir in soup, milk, cheese, and pepper. Heat to boiling.
- Add potatoes. Reduce heat to low. Cover. Simmer 5 min, stirring occasionally.
- Garnish with sage.
