Ingredients

Bread Crumbs1/2 Cup
Egg1 Large
Milk2 Tbsp
Marjoram1 tsp
Cumin1 tsp
Ground Beef1/2 Lb
Ground Pork1/2 Lb
Ham2 oz
Onion1/2 Cup
Canned Tomato1-16oz Can
Dried Ancho Chile1
Vinegar (or Wine)1/4 Cup
Coriander1 tsp
Parsley1 tsp
Bouillon Granules1 tsp
Garlic1 clove

Directions

  1. Combine bread crumbs, egg, milk, marjoram, cumin, beef, pork, ham, and onion.
  2. Form into meatballs and place in 11"x7" microwavable dish.
  3. Blend tomatoes, ancho chile, vinegar, coriander, parsley, bouillon, and garlic.
  4. Pour sauce over meatballs.
  5. Cover dish in waxed paper.
  6. Microwave on medium/high for 6-8 minutes.
  7. Turn the meatballs over.
  8. Microwave again for 5-6 minutes.
  9. Let stand 5 minutes.
