Ingredients
| Bread Crumbs | 1/2 Cup |
| Egg | 1 Large |
| Milk | 2 Tbsp |
| Marjoram | 1 tsp |
| Cumin | 1 tsp |
| Ground Beef | 1/2 Lb |
| Ground Pork | 1/2 Lb |
| Ham | 2 oz |
| Onion | 1/2 Cup |
| Canned Tomato | 1-16oz Can |
| Dried Ancho Chile | 1 |
| Vinegar (or Wine) | 1/4 Cup |
| Coriander | 1 tsp |
| Parsley | 1 tsp |
| Bouillon Granules | 1 tsp |
| Garlic | 1 clove |
Directions
- Combine bread crumbs, egg, milk, marjoram, cumin, beef, pork, ham, and onion.
- Form into meatballs and place in 11"x7" microwavable dish.
- Blend tomatoes, ancho chile, vinegar, coriander, parsley, bouillon, and garlic.
- Pour sauce over meatballs.
- Cover dish in waxed paper.
- Microwave on medium/high for 6-8 minutes.
- Turn the meatballs over.
- Microwave again for 5-6 minutes.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
